I did have a fatigue day today after yesterday’s events. But, not as bad as it would’ve been. I wasn’t worth a whole lot this morning. I did get to the gym, but only worked out 25 minutes. I went to the store and waited for my ride back. Best that I could do. I had a scare this morning. When walking out of the Leisure Center, I fell hard and what I was afraid would happen happened. I put out both palms and landed all my weight on them. Its been 12 days since the surgery, so my incision cracked open, not deep, just open and I had a bruise there, which has since gone away. A nice man helped me up and got me a band aid. After he left, I sat on the bench and teared up for a minute, because I was so scared I screwed up my hand. But, its all good. Thank God.
The rest of the day was spent in quiet. Do a chore, sleep, do a chore, eat, watch T.V., do a chore (small chores), rest some more. That was my day today. Otherwise, I’m doing well. I had an Indonesian meal yesterday at the market sans rice. But wasn’t certain if there was gluten in the meat sticks or sugar in the sauce. But checked ketones this morning and they were moderate. I had a smoothie that consisted of avocado, blueberries, spinach, almond butter, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, cinnamon and water at 12 noon with four thick cut strips of bacon on the side. Dinner I had tomatoes, a large salad and a cup of black berries. I had one cup more of berries than I should, but the berries I bought yesterday are breaking down fast. Had to. That’s my alibi and I’m stickin’ to it!
