For those of us who do not consume dairy products anymore, this is a welcome recipe. Here is a video showing how easy it is to make this:
I saw the written recipe a couple weeks ago and began preparing to have what I need to make it. I already have full fat coconut milk and probiotic capsules. I didn’t have cheese cloth, something I’ve never seen and had no idea where to buy. But, good news for cheese cloth challenged people like me, its easy to get. I bought mine in the bakery aisle hanging with the cooking utensils and pans of my my local grocery store (Safeway). I have clean glass containers and a rubber band. The recipe describes the finished yogurt as the same texture and taste as Greek yogurt. I have missed Yogurt This will be something that I will need to get done. I will do this tonight and tell you about the outcome in two days. The only worry I have, is the probiotics I have are 4 billion and the one she uses is 50 billion, although she says she has used 10 billion and it turned out just as good. So, hopefully, these will work.

*On a somber note, I am sad to hear of the “unexpected” passing of an autoimmune wellness pioneer, Ann Boloch. I have not researched her specifically, now I will. I’ll dedicate tomorrow’s blog to her memory and I will add her information and books to my websites and research page.
