This is the first big test to see how I respond to excessive temperatures. Heat sensitivity is the first symptom I had two years before I was diagnosed in 2002. I have a sneaking suspicion that it will be the last to to go, however speaking in that way is not productive. Therefore, I will not decide the outcome, only the day to day changes. The future I glimpse is one of healing. Temperatures are climbing 29 C/85 F up to 35 C/ 95 F. Got my air conditioners hooked up. I switch around my hours for outings and make a point of going out in the early morning hours so I don’t feel trapped.
I posted a question on Wahls asking for suggestions for a good, non or less toxic hair dye. Herbatint was suggested, I looked it up and it does look like its worth a try. I will need to order online, Walmart in the States sells it in stores, but not in Canada. So far in my search, the cheapest is $14.88 at Vitacost.com, however, that’s US, no good for me. On Amazon.ca I can get it as low as $18.00. Well, don’t really have a whole lot to say today.
