Walking Free

Two days till I fly out to Quebec. I have dotted every i and crossed every t that I can think of to prepare for eating out of my usual environment. One thing I will do is have a great time, one thing I won’t do is obsess when I can’t get enough veggies or find a snack I can eat while out. I’ll deal with it, for example, can’t get nitrate free bacon, I’m still eating bacon, but I won’t go so far as to eat gluten or dairy no matter what, so on and so forth. That’s enough of that. I am as prepared as I can be.

Other than this, I don’t have a lot to say today. I will bring my laptop with me and keep up with my blog. Yay! Quebec! By the way, this is a very rural area of Quebec, an area that looks a lot like Lake Winnapesaukee. The town I’m staying in is situated along side the center of Lac Temiscouata. The former farm we will be staying at is on a piece of land that has been in my exes family since 1889. A really beautiful place…….in the summer. In the winter, its just white. Here’s a fun fact, when we booked this trip six months ago, I required my walker and had requested porters with wheelchairs at the airports as my walker would be stowed with the luggage. When I get to the airport, I am declining the wheelchair, hee hee. I DON’T NEED IT!

Bon Sante
