I had my physical today and I’ve gained a pound, bummer. So, I’ll need to take a look at what I’m eating. I do know that often times I am forcing the foods down that I must eat. So, I think I’ll need to see what isn’t necessary or consider the six cups of veggies rather than the whole 9 cups. I think probably, its more of cutting down on fat and carbs. I have cut further down on the carbs. I really need to cut them out altogether whereas I am working in the direction of the Wahls Palio Plus ketosis diet.
To successfully get that one going, I need to incorporate and get in the habit of drinking soaked nut milk, fermenting food and consuming seaweed and algae. I had my first organ meat today in the form of the only one I know I liked as a kid, liverwurst. And, it is still good. A beginning. And actually, when I think of it, that diet leans more in the direction of 6 cups of veggies anyway. That I can start doing tomorrow. I won’t officially start Wahls Palio Plus till I return from Quebec at the end of June and after carpal tunnel surgery I must have on both wrists. I’m thinking probably late July or early August. But, what I can do is incorporate the components gradually and have most of it in place once I am ready to start.
I made a pact with myself and put this note in my phone, a plan:
- May 15, 2018 (one year from today) I will begin working full time and begin weaning off of disability which is a nine month process.
- November 15, 2018 (one year and six months from today), I will get my drivers license reinstated.
- February 15, 2019 (1 year and nine months from today) I will be officially off disability.
- May 15, 2019, (2 years from today) I will buy a car that I can well afford.
This is my plan, in order for one to accomplish anything, one must have a vision first!
